A signed Code of Conduct is a required part of each entry. Copies of entry
forms are enclosed. Complete addresses and telephone numbers are essential. States selecting delegates after September 11 should indicate tentative
participation by September 11 and forward entries as soon as possible.
Official state delegation
lists are due to Roger Tormoehlen by September 11. Workshop reservations and assignment of duties will be
made from this list.

Educational industry tours
have been arranged for Tuesday, September 26th. All delegates are expected
to participate (except staff representatives attending the Future
Plans/Management Committee meeting). Note: Industry tours typically do not allow jewelry, or cell phones in the factory and closed-toed shoes will be required; so please plan accordingly.
The Management Committee
has established registration fees of $70.00 for contestant and $90.00
for non-contestant. This fee is payable at registration.
The Annual Recognition
Banquet will be held at The Trails at
on Tuesday, September 26th. All participants, coaches,
and other persons composing the delegation from each state are invited
Each youth participant
should bring a raincoat. Appropriate dress for the banquet Tuesday
evening would include shirt, tie and coat for the boys and dress or
pantsuit for the girls.
