Multicultural Gathering
The Multicultural Gathering has been an annual event since 2001. This one-day intensive training focuses on developing strategies for sexual violence prevention in underserved and underrepresented communities. Using a grassroots approach in the movement to end violence, the annual Multicultural Gathering is designed to give voice to the needs of people who have been traditionally marginalized and who may identify as African-American/Black, Asian, Indigenous, Latina/Latino/Hispanic, LGBTQ, Muslim, Tribal, and/or people with disabilities.
